OUR WORLD OF WONDER
There could be no more perfect Christmas partner for Liberty than new film Wicked’s spirit of wonder and artistry: and in celebration of the most magical season, Liberty’s visual concepts team have brought the cinematic event to London’s Soho.
The Liberty team developed designs that pay homage to the stories and characters that make the Wicked world so entrancing. Working alongside creative concepts agency Studio Xag and MXW Studios to bring the scenes to life, using techniques, production and designs that speak to a shared appreciation of craft, creativity and a love of wonder.

INSPIRED BY WICKED
In partnership with our collective of brands and designers, Liberty is adding a sprinkling of Wicked magic to our collections this Christmas: with covetable treasures waiting to be discovered in store, as part of our Inspired by Wicked edit.
Working with our in-house teams and community of brands, discover a curated edit of pieces destined to dazzle this Christmas, each designed and crafted by expert makers in an homage to the artisanal craftsmanship at the heart of Wicked & Liberty alike.
The centrepiece of this cornucopia? Two new and exclusive Liberty Fabrics inspired by Wicked, and drawing on our heritage print archive, designed in-house at our famed design studio.
Dazzling Osmopolitan references the 1930s art deco detailing that appear in the film’s intricate sets, with floral notes and contrasting colourways inspired by Elphaba and Glinda.
Tulip Harvest was inspired by one of the film’s dramatic, hand-built sets: where thousands of tulips were grown to bloom in a field in Norfolk to be used as a backdrop within Munchkinland.
Elsewhere, discover delicate friendship bracelets from Anni Lu, bespoke brushes from La Bonne Brosse and knitwear from Lingua Franca.
Not only that, but r.e.m Beauty, founded by Ariana Grande, will make its debut in Liberty’s famed beauty hall, with their exclusive, Wicked themed collections.
