The power of a red lipstick. It’s the ultimate timeless makeup staple that instantly adds confidence and impact to any look. In fact, the perfect red can dress up a look with one single swipe and finding your perfect signature red is like discovering your little black dress or best fit jeans.
To create the perfect red lip, one application tip I can share is to use a lip pencil, firstly to shape and define the lip line, then turn the pencil onto its side and feather across the lip to create a veil of colour. Then add your lipstick on top so they adhere together, then another layer of lip pencil to lock in the shade. This statement red lip will not budge with this speedy layering technique.
