The Bourbon Sour
RECIPE |
2 measures of Keepr’s Smoked Honey Bourbon
1 measure of fresh lemon juice
1 measure of simple syrup
Egg white
To serve: Angostura bitters and lemon slice
1. Combine bourbon, lemon juice, egg white and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker
2. Add ice and shake
3. Strain into a glass over ice
4. Garnish with bitters and a slice of lemon
The Elderflower Collins
RECIPE |
1 measure Sipsmith Sipping Vodka
Half measure of Urban Cordial Elderflower Cordial
Sparkling water
To serve: Orange wheel and cherry flag
1. Combine vodka and elderflower in a tall glass with ice
2. Top up with sparkling water and stir
3. Garnish with the orange and cherry flag
The Air Mail
RECIPE |
1 measure of gold rum
Half measure of lime juice
Half measure honey syrup (2 parts honey to 1 part water)
Roebuck Estates Classic Cuvee
To serve: lime peel
1. Combine rum, lime juice and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker
2. Add ice and shake
3. Strain into a tall glass over ice
4. Top up with Classic Cuvee and garnish with lime peel

RECIPE |
1 measure of Liberty Distilled Old Tom Gin
Half measure of Elderflower liqueur
1 ½ measure fresh apple juice
10ml lime juice
To serve: cucumber ribbons
1. Combine gin, elderflower liqueur, apple juice and lime juice in a cocktail shaker
2. Add ice and shake
3. Strain into a tall glass over ice
4. Garnish with cucumber ribbons
