How would you describe your brand in one sentence?
Hair by Sam McKnight is a collection of fool proof, luxurious hair care and styling products that are easy to use, and promise to deliver glamour and sophistication right at your fingertips; for your best hair ever.
What’s one thing you’ve learned you launched, that you wish you had known sooner?
How costly sustainable packaging is. We are always striving to be as environmentally conscious as possible, so this is an area where we are always learning and improving. Mind you, I’m very proud of our credentials being a vegan, cruelty free brand that uses FSC paper and all our packing is made for a minimum of 30-70% PCR plastic and is recyclable. So we are holding our own.
Why did you create the Deeper Love Treatment Mask ?
I wanted to create a treatment that would be my go-to for everyone. A strengthening, repairing and nourishing mask. Not only is it a bond builder but it deeply hydrates too.
It is a multi tasking mask with clinically proven benefits.

What’s your favourite thing about the product?
That it works in only 5 minutes! I know how time poor people are, and not everyone has the time or wants to leave a mask on for 20 minutes or do one pre shampoo. We formulated our treatments to work quickly and effectively so it's easy to add to your routine and to even use in a shower.
Do you have any expert tips, or favourite ways to apply it?
Pop Deeper Love through your mid lengths and ends, comb through with a wide tooth comb for even application and then pop a shower cap on. The steam and heat will help your treatment absorb and penetrate the cuticle, to help repair damage, breakage and nourish from inside out.
When it comes to advent calendars: are you an “open all at once” or a “strictly one day at a time” person?
