Celebrate Liberty’s rich artistic heritage with our collectible art prints – discovered deep in the Liberty archive and litho printed in the UK
Featuring a curated selection of much-loved prints, the Liberty Art Prints collection is a small snapshot of the diverse and eclectic design styles that celebrate and represent our ever-growing archive. From archetypal 1930s florals and whimsical conversationals through to bold geometrics, Indian inspired chintzes and scenic landscapes, each of the 15 posters is an iconic piece of Liberty’s artistic and cultural heritage.
“Creating this collection of art prints was an exciting opportunity to showcase the origins of some of the most loved Liberty prints. Within the 50,000 artworks, the design team and archivists identified key prints and genres from floral, landscape, conversational and geometric. The posters include the original print impressions and drawings so, for the first time, they can be enjoyed in their original state by the Liberty customer. They sit individually or together as a series celebrating the rich diversity of a small part of the Liberty design history.”
“Our Art Prints are a celebration of Liberty’s history; the sense of discovery and adventure, driven by the creativity of all the contributors over the years. These posters showcase some of our best-loved prints and patterns, all selected from our incredibly rich archive of unrivalled design.”
