Acknowledge Your Stress

Stress (and the cortisol it produces) affects every organ of the body, but skin is the only organ we can see – cue flare-ups in various forms. Slowing down your breath is a brilliant way to calm your mind and tap into your inner calm…


  • ■ Apply your product of choice – an oil-based cleanser, serum, oil or mask
  • ■ While the product sinks into your skin, slowly breathe in for 4, then out for 6. Take note of the scent – how does it make you feel?
