Double Points

AON Discount

  1. Eligible individuals identified by Liberty (each an “Eligible Customer”) will be entitled to a 20% discount off purchases in the Liberty store on Great Marlborough Street, London (the “Store”) and online at www.libertylondon.com (the “Website”), subject to the these terms and conditions (the “Discount”)
  2. To receive the Discount, the Eligible Customer will be required to sign up to a Liberty Loyalty account on the Website (prior to any deadline notified by Liberty). The terms and conditions of Liberty Loyalty are available here. The Discount will be loaded on the Eligible Customer’s Liberty Loyalty account, and on to any Liberty Loyalty membership card issued with the account.
  3. The Discount may be used by the Eligible Customer for personal shopping or for personal gifts only (“Permitted Purchases”). Under no circumstances may the Discount be used to purchase goods for resale or goods for any person from whom reimbursement for the goods is received.
  4. To redeem the Discount in the Store, the Eligible Customer must present their Liberty Loyalty card at the till point at the point of purchase or provide the email address or post code associated with the Liberty Loyalty account to the sales associate. If using the Discount without the Liberty Loyalty card, a form of ID, such as a bank card or driving licence must also be provided.
  5. To redeem the Discount on the Website, the Eligible Customer must sign into their online account prior to making a purchase.
  6. The Discount is personal to the Eligible Customer. The Eligible Customer’s partner may also make a Permitted Purchase, provided that the partner can provide evidence, if requested, that they reside at the same address as the Card Holder.
  7. Eligible Customers are not permitted to spend more than £15,000 using their Discount in any 52 week period, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Liberty.
  8. The Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount which already reduces the retail price of the product or service.
  9. The Discount cannot be redeemed against purchases from a concession, purchases of Liberty rugs and carpets, Liberty gift cards or Liberty gift coins, delivery charges, tickets to events, charitable donations, purchases in the Liberty restaurant or any special order.   10. Liberty may process personal data about the Eligible Customer, in order to provide the Discount. Liberty will process any such personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, the latest version of which can be found here.
  11. Liberty reserves the right to cancel or amend the Discount at any time.
  12. If Liberty has any reason to believe that the Eligible Customer is not complying with these terms and conditions, Liberty reserves the right to cancel the Eligible Customer’s Discount.
  13. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Fabrics Trade Account Terms & Conditions

  1. Applications for, and transactions carried out via, a Trade Account will be subject to Liberty London’s Terms and Conditions and these additional Trade Account terms. In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions and the Trade Account terms, the Trade Account terms will apply to the extent of that inconsistency.
  2. To qualify for a Trade Account you must:
    1. be a registered company; and
    2. purchase the Liberty dress fabric in the course of your business, trade or profession.
  3. You can apply for a Trade Account by completing the application process at www.libertylondon.com You will need to provide your company name, company number, the registered address of your company and a link to your company website or other online storefront from which you sell your goods.
  4. Registered businesses within the EU that have a valid VAT registration number will be offered extra discount online to account for the removal of VAT. Eligible countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Croatia, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
  5. Applications for a Trade Account will be reviewed within ten working days of receipt. Liberty retains the right to refuse any application at its sole discretion. Any decisions relating to your eligibility for a Trade Account are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. You will need to be an existing www.libertylondon.com account holder or register for an account with www.libertylondon.com to benefit from the Trade Account.
  7. Trade Account holders will be entitled to a 20% discount off the purchase of Liberty dress fabric (subject to the exclusions below), when purchasing a minimum of 10 metres (across assorted prints). Orders for less than 10 metres will not qualify for the discount.
  8. The Trade Account discount applies only to full price purchases of Liberty dress fabrics made online at www.libertylondon.com and does not apply to any purchases of sale, non Liberty fabrics, clearance or otherwise discounted Liberty dress fabric. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
  9. Liberty may suspend, cancel or amend the Trade Account service at any time without liability upon written notice to Trade Account holders.
  10. Any Trade Account purchases returned to Liberty must be returned in their original condition and in the length they were purchased. Where assorted fabrics are purchased, all fabrics must be returned. Returns will not be accepted where pieces of fabric have been cut. Where a refund is given, this will be for the price paid by you for the fabric. If the quantities returned to Liberty are such that the order would not qualify for the Trade Account discount, Liberty reserves the right to deduct from the refund the value of the discount received by you.
  11. LIBERTY and LIBERTY LONDON are registered trade marks of Liberty Retail Limited. If you make products from Liberty fabric, you are welcome to say that your products are ‘made with Liberty fabric’. You are not permitted to describe your product as ‘Liberty [product]’ or ‘Liberty London [product]’ as this can suggest to consumers that your products were created by, or in collaboration with, Liberty. You are not permitted to use the registered LIBERTY LONDON trade mark or crest in relation to your products.
  12. Liberty may suspend or cancel your Trade Account if you:
    1. breach these terms and conditions; or
    2. do, or omit to do, anything that would, in the sole opinion of Liberty, bring Liberty, or any companies in its group, in to disrepute or damage the reputation of Liberty.
  13. Please note that in relation to purchases made through your Trade Account, you will be transacting with Liberty as a business, rather than a consumer, and therefore consumer regulations will not apply to those purchases.
  14. If your circumstances change, so that you no longer meet the criteria in Clause 2 of the terms, you must let Liberty know as soon as possible.
  15. Any personal data provided by you to Liberty will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Liberty London Alphabet Charm with Choice of Liberty Fabric Cord Bracelet

  1. Customers purchasing a Liberty London alphabet charm (A-Z), will be able to customise their purchase by choosing the Liberty fabric cord bracelet from the selection available. There are 6 different prints available to choose from, which are subject to availability, while stocks last.
  2. To select your bracelet online, add your chosen Alphabet charm to your online basket. You will be able to choose your bracelet from the options at the checkout.
  3. If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, both the charm and the bracelet must be returned to Liberty in order for you to receive a refund or exchange your purchase for another product.

Official Liberty Tastemakers - FAQs

If I register, how long will I be part of the Liberty London Tastemakers panel?

We will generally keep customers enrolled in the panel for up to 12 months. However, if you do want to opt out of being a Tastemaker, you can do so atany time by clicking the unsubscribe link in a Tastemakers email

How do I get my reward?

There is no financial incentive for joining the Liberty London Tastemakers. However, as a Tastemaker, if you choose to take part in an individual research activity or trial, you may be offered a reward or discount in exchange for your participation. Details of these incentives will be clearly outlined in invitations to Tastemaker events

How will you use my feedback?

If you choose to participate in Tastemaker trials, your feedback will be used to inform general business decisions to improve the Liberty customer experience. Tastemakers’ data will not be shared with third parties. However, if you choose to take part in an individual research activity or trial (exclusively for Tastemakers), feedback from that specific activity may be shared with Liberty suppliers. As we respect the privacy of our customers, this data will always be anonymised

Official Liberty Tastemakers - Ts & Cs

  1. As a Liberty London Tastemaker, you consent to receive email communications from Liberty London in relation to Tastemakers surveys, research activities and trials.
  2. You can opt out of the Liberty London Tastemaker panel at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in a Tastemakers email. Please note that if you unsubscribe from general Liberty email marketing, you will no longer receive communications in relation to the Liberty London Tastemakers.
  3. From time to time, we may you to invite take part in a survey, research activity or trial (exclusively for Tastemakers) (an “Activity”). The invitation is personal to you and may not be shared with any other third party.
  4. If you choose to take part in an Activity, feedback from that specific Activity may be shared with third parties on an anonymised basis.
  5. In some cases, we may engage a third party to carry out an Activity on our behalf. You may be required to provide certain information to that third party, and to agree that third party’s terms and conditions, in order to participate in the Activity.
  6. There is no financial incentive for joining the Liberty London Tastemakers. However, as a Tastemaker, if you choose to take part in an Activity, you may be offered a reward or discount in exchange for your participation. Customer Satisfaction Survey Prize Draw Promotion

Promoter

  1. The promoter is: Liberty Retail Limited, 210-220 Regent Street, Mayfair, London, W1B 5AH (“Liberty”).

Eligibility

  1. This promotion is open to anyone aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom, who makes a purchase in the Liberty London store on Great Marlborough Street, London (the “Store”) or online at www.libertylondon.com (the “Website”) and receives a customer satisfaction survey by email, except for employees, and their immediate families, of Liberty, its associated companies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
  2. Liberty reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. Liberty may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld until Liberty is satisfied with the verification.

Entry

  1. To enter the promotion, you must complete the Store customer satisfaction survey (the “Store Survey”) or the Website customer satisfaction survey (the “Online Survey”), as sent to you by email by Liberty. The survey you are sent will depend on whether you made a purchase in the Store or on the Website. You will only receive a survey if you have consented to receive marketing materials from Liberty.
  2. Internet access is required to enter the promotion.
  3. There will be two prize draws each calendar month until the promotion is withdrawn by Liberty. If you completed the Store Survey, you will be entered in to the “Store Prize Draw” and if you completed the Online Survey, you will be entered in to the “Online Prize Draw”, together the “Monthly Prize Draws”.
  4. The Monthly Prize Draws will run from 00:00 on the first day of the calendar month until 23:59 on the last day of the calendar month (the “Closing Time”). Liberty reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion at any time, except that Liberty will not withdraw the promotion prior to the Closing Time of the current Monthly Prize Draws (the “Final Closing Time”). All entries must be received before the current Monthly Prize Draws Closing Time to be counted in the relevant Monthly Prize Draw. If Liberty withdraws the promotion, any entries received after the Final Closing Time will not be counted.
  5. Liberty accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received by the relevant Closing Time for any reason. Proof of submission will not be considered proof of receipt.
  6. Only one entry per person per survey completed per month. Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
  7. Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms and conditions of this promotion. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.

Prize

  1. There are two prizes available, one for the Store Prize Draw and one for the Online Prize Draw, each consisting of a £100 voucher to be redeemed at the Liberty London store on Great Marlborough Street, London or online at www.libertylondon.com (the “Prize”).
  2. The Prize will be valid for 12 months from the date it is issued and will be subject to the terms and conditions on the Prize.
  3. Unless otherwise stated, any expenses incurred by the winner in the general use and/or enjoyment of the Prize is the sole responsibility of the winner
  4. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternative will be offered.
  5. Liberty reserves the right, at its discretion, to substitute the Prize for another prize of at least equal value if circumstances make this necessary.
  6. If the Prize is declined, or a winner cannot take up the Prize, or does not claim the Prize within 7 days of being notified that they are a winner, the Prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner may be drawn at Liberty’s sole discretion. Liberty will not be responsible for any inability of the winner to take up the Prize.

Selection of the winner

  1. The winners will be the first entry drawn at random by an independent person from all eligible entries into the Store Prize Draw and the first entry drawn at random by an independent person from all eligible entries into the Online Prize Draw. The winners will be contacted within 10 days of the applicable Closing Time using the details provided to enter the promotion.
  2. The Prize will be delivered within 28 days of the winner, or any replacement winner, claiming the Prize.
  3. Liberty must make available the surname and the county of the winner of the promotion. To find out the surname and county of the winner, please send a stamped, addressed envelope to Customer Experience Department, Liberty Retail Limited, 210-220 Regent Street, London, W1B 5AQ or email customerexperience@libertylondon.com within one month of the applicable Closing Time.
  4. If you object to your information being made available, please email Liberty at customerexperience@libertylondon.com. In such circumstances, Liberty must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

Data Protection

  1. Any personal information provided by you to Liberty in relation to this promotion will be processed by Liberty to administer this promotion, and as further described in its Privacy Policy.

General

  1. Liberty may, in its sole discretion, disqualify entries deemed to be non-compliant with these terms and conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the promotion.
  2. Liberty reserves the right suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and / or revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice, and, by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms.
  3. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  4. If any provisions of these terms and conditions is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
  5. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.html
