As we blow out 150 candles in our big birthday year, it would be remiss not to celebrate the space that defines the Liberty experience for so many: the Liberty Beauty Hall. Where beauty collectors like you flock in search of the latest and greatest from both the niche and big names, it is already home to the most precious of beauty discoveries. But now, we’re bringing you, and your personal beauty archive, something even more special.
Behold, The Collector’s Edit. We’ve invited the most extraordinary names in beauty to collaborate on special edition items in honour of this monumental anniversary – with a new launch dropping every month for the rest of 2025. The Collector’s Edit: FUGAZZI PURPLE
Up first: PURPLE Eau de Parfum, an incredibly special collaboration with Amsterdam’s coolest fragrance house, FUGAZZI.
It’s the olfactory reimagining of Liberty’s iconic purple hue. At first sniff, you’ll experience Veridian™, a take on the violet flower, which captures our signature shade in a breeze of light, airy powderiness. But as the liquid evaporates, long-lasting amber notes like Ambertonic™ and Ambermor™ linger all day long, for a scent that smells warm, comforting and skin-like.
The brand’s first molecular fragrance, it’s where design history meets cutting-edge olfaction. A blend of purely synthetic ingredients engineered to adapt to your unique skin chemistry, it somehow smells slightly different on every wearer.
The bottle is a work of art in itself, with a further nod to Liberty's design heritage. Wrapped around the scent are charming illustrations of the animals found carved into the legendary woodwork and staircases that line our iconic flagship store. A rather fitting tribute indeed.
