With over 40 years in the industry, super stylist Sam McKnight is the man behind some of the world’s most iconic hairstyles and has worked with many VIP clients, including Princess Diana, Chanel, Kate Moss, and many, many more. Luckily for us, Sam turned his talents to creating haircare, launching his own brand, Hair by Sam McKnight – a curated collection of haircare must-haves, from styling saviours to hydration heroes.

The First Fragrance I Ever Loved Was…
Brut. It was one of the first if not the very first fragrance I wore – I would have been a teenager and it was a classic.

I could never say what the best day of my life was, I mean the best may still be yet to come, but, every day when I walk into my garden I love the scent of the roses and Jasmin, and this year has been rather spectacular for my roses.

Dior Eau Sauvage. I have been wearing it for years and no matter how many short lived dalliances I have with other fragrances I always come back to this one.
The Next Perfume I'd Love to Wear Is...
Now it’s not quite a perfume (yet)... but I love the fragrance in my own product collection, Hair by Sam McKnight. It’s a fine fragrance created by the incredible perfumer Lyn Harris from Perfumer H. It has a fresh, green, woody, botanical scent, it’s floral but not in the traditional sense. I work with my products every day so I feel as if I’m enveloped by it like a great fragrance should do and I never tire of it.
