Hand poured in England, the candles are crafted with a bespoke blend of waxes including coconut and soy, designed for an even burn and maximised scent throw, and mark a refined, exquisitely elegant addition to the LBTY. family.
The Origins of Iphis
Each elegant Forever Iphis vessel is delicately engraved with Liberty’s signature “Iphis” print, in itself a signifier of heritage made modern. With origins in the early 1900s, the evolution of Iphis captures Liberty’s ever-changing artistic creativity.
Beginning life as the classic “Ianthe” print – an Art Nouveau wallpaper created in 1902 – the design shifted and evolved through the 1960s and 1980s to become one of Liberty’s most enduring designs. Reimagined in 2012, it adorns creations throughout the Liberty collections including our signature collection of leather accessories, as well as swathes of elegant fabrics.
