Learn to sew like a pro with our #LibertyCraftClub how-to tutorials. Next up: updating your living room with this easy envelope-style cushion cover. No zips, no fuss

Feeling like it's time to make some upgrades to your living room or bedroom? New cushion covers are a quick and easy way of updating any room without too much commitment, so might we suggest learning how to sew a cushion as your next #LibertyCraftClub project? And this one has an envelope closure, making it super easy to swap out for a new design as the mood strikes, and it involves no pesky zippers or buttons, perfect for beginners.

All that’s left to decide is which fabric to choose. Whether you’re looking to add an injection of floral (we’ve used our Thorpe Tana Lawn™ Cotton, £27.50 for this tutorial) or perhaps on-trend checks or statement geometrics, make Liberty Fabrics your first port of call.

And so, let’s begin. What follows is an easy step-by-step tutorial, led by Liberty’s Hannah Edgar. Happy sewing!
