HOW TO USE
In the daytime, swipe evenly onto clean, dry lips. Apply as needed – or desired – throughout the day. In the nighttime, apply Universal to lips and the area around the mouth – including vertical lines – just before bed for locked-in hydration and visibly amplified smoothness. For best results, use at least twice daily.
