Painstakingly crafted entirely by hand, this wide chain bracelet by German jewellery designer Stephanie Schneider features her distinctive fringed chainwork with beaded pearl edging and interwoven silk detailing.

Imbued with an unmistakable uniqueness, this wide cuff bracelet is an exquisite example of the immense levels of attention and expertise required to craft it. Intricate chains are made separately, then fixed together to create a precious silver adornment with fringed edging and a string of tiny pearls falling from one side. Showcasing the designer's textile background, this piece is interwoven with pale grey silk to produce an aesthetic that blends tough-edged hardware with flawless delicacy.

About Stephanie Schneider
Employing her background in textiles as a catalyst for her work, Stephanie Schneider uses time-honoured handcrafting techniques and traditional jeweller’s materials to mimic the fibrous textures and weave structures of fabric. Using delicate chains as her device, Stephanie intricately arranges and interlinks each of her creations, hallmarking each piece with painstakingly hand-threaded silk, mohair or semi-precious stones. An enchanting collection of precious metal armour ensues, referencing textile trims and techniques including fringing, patchwork and weave.
