Surratt’s founder Troy Surratt introduces new Lid Lacquer – an eye-gloss with a high-shine, vinyl finish that’s never sticky.
Eye-glosses have a bad reputation for having sticky, messy formulas. Inspired by a traditional Japanese technique of producing a coloured lacquer called urushi, Surratt created this moisturising gloss. Leaving a vinyl finish without being sticky and with a dewy formula that doesn’t slip, this is the eye-gloss for the contemporary make-up lover. Surratt’s ever-chic packaging will make a welcome addition to your dressing table.

HOW TO USE
Blend onto the eyelid with your ring finger or a flat (not fluffy) eyeshadow brush, starting in the centre of the lid and working your way around the lid to avoid creasing.
