Carved from bright red coral with an 18 carat gold bail, this charm takes the form of an elegantly tapering horn known as a cornicello - often referred to as the horn of life, it is an Italian good luck charm and an ancient symbol of fertility that's designed to protect the wearer against the curse of the evil eye.
