Editor's Notes

This 9 carat gold, half-hunter fob watch is a highly collectible timepiece hand-sourced by the accessories experts at Designer Vintage.

A rare, 1920s fob watch set in hallmarked 9 carat gold, featuring a white enamel dial, metallic-blue hands and elegant black Roman numerals, all set in a circular case. The front cover has complementing Prussian-blue Roman numerals and a central shallow dome crystal, with original spring-loaded crown and bow. The watch can be opened from the back, revealing a secondary dust cover, both with original hallmarks. A highly collectible piece, it’ll become a much-admired heirloom to be passed from generation to generation.

Please note: To wind the watch rotate the crown in a clockwise direction. To set the time gently insert your nail in the centre of the lozenge (to the left of the crown), whilst rotating the crown in an anti-clockwise direction to the desired time and release. Always ensure hands are rotated forward, not backward.
