Editor's Notes

Designed in-house, the Everly silk T-shirt from Liberty features our Celia print, finished with intricate bodice embroidery inspired by an archival peach tree artwork.

Liberty’s Autumn 2020 womenswear collection embraces a witty and art-inflected maximalism inspired by the ornate gothic and Art Nouveau revival styles of Bernard Nevill, Liberty’s Design Director of the 1960s and ‘70s. The T-shirt is crafted from pure silk, layered underneath with a breathable camisole. The Celia design is a love letter to the English garden, embroidered with an intricate and romantic love letter type.
