An outstanding early 1920’s couture kimono-inspired coat, cut from purple velvet - a rare piece selected from Liberty’s designer vintage archive, available exclusively online.

This dramatic coat has a long, flowing fit with double-breasted button fastenings and a stylised shawl collar. A golden motif of stylised hemp leaves with hand-stitched golden highlights contrasts against the rich Byzantium purple material. Finished with a printed silk crepe lining and complementary inner ties, this striking piece is truly a stand out in any collection.
