HOW TO USE

Apply a pea sized amount to your under eyes and gently pat into the area. Use it in the evenings as an overnight mask or in the mornings for brighter, more awake eyes. Allow the product to sit for one minute before applying The Neutralizer Pencil and The Face Pencil on top to conceal dark circles.
