HOW TO USE

Place a pea-sized amount of product onto the back of your hand and use your finger to pick it up. Press onto your skin with your finger to instantly blur your face, around your eyes and lips. To apply over the top of your makeup, allow your makeup to dry then lightly press a small amount of Miracle Blur Diffuser on top.
