This gold-plated necklace from Grainne Morton showcases a cluster of the designer's signature mismatched charms, in the form of a playful Cloud and Rain pendant.

Handmade in Edinburgh, every Grainne Morton creation is formed of a wonderfully unique curation of found objects, coloured gems and tiny trinkets. Crafted from 18 carat gold-plated sterling silver, this delicate chain necklace features a lapis lazuli cloud pendant with a cluster of graduating chains and mismatched charms - including vintage rhinestones and several mixed-cut, multi-coloured gems - falling from the base like rain. Finished with a simple toggle clasp, it offers an unexpected juxtaposition of vintage and contemporary styles - pair with the coordinating earrings for an artful evening look.

About Grainne Morton
In the late 1980s, Grainne Morton left her home in Northern Ireland to study at the Edinburgh College of Art where she became an avid antique collector - a passion which eventually evolved into creating jewellery from the objects she’d accumulated. Every Grainne Morton design is formed of an eclectic assortment of found objects, coloured gems and tiny trinkets that are hand-selected and arranged by the designer into one-of-a-kind pieces.
