HOW TO USE

Using short upward strokes, brush the wand through eyebrows in the direction of hair growth. The dual-sided brush features short and long bristles to apply product in varying levels of intensity. Use alone or layer with other products from the Arch Brow Collection for a natural, multidimensional look
