HOW TO USE
Once or twice a day (for best results), on clean and dry eyes, use the applicator to gently apply a generous amount of eye serum along the full length of the lash lines. Use after skincare and let it dry completely before applying any makeup over the top.
Tip: Wait for the formula to dry before applying makeup.
