HOW TO USE

1: Use the built-in spoolie to brush brows and reveal any sparse areas. 2: Draw short, upward strokes in the direction of natural hair growth with the micro-tip. 3: Switch back to the spoolie to blend, soften, and brush brows into place. 4: Finish with ILIA’s In Frame Brow Gel, a clear formula with the perfect level of 8-hour hold.
