Designed to celebrate our 150th Anniversary, Liberty unveils the Heron Velvet Cape - a commanding centrepiece from the exclusive Liberty HYPERNOVA 150 collection by creative director Frida Giannini.

Masterfully crafted in Italy from a luxurious and ultra-soft velvet, it’s defined by elegant ombre fringing and our iconic Heron print – featuring a reinterpretation of Dutch Stork, a 1920s scarf print from the Liberty archive, now modernised through scale, colour and a sharper contemporary lens. Imbued with a subtle rock-and-roll attitude, it reflects both Giannini’s signature aesthetic and Liberty’s avant-garde spirit. Perfect for layering, try draping it over neutral outerwear for a bold style statement or experiment with monochromatic looks.
