Details
  • 270g
  • Scented candle
  • Fragrance Notes: Provence Cypress, Incense, Sandalwood
  • Created by Karine Vinchon-Spehner
  • 18-20 hours’ approx. burn time
  • Housed in a mouth-blown glass vessel
HOW TO USE

Trim the wick each time before lighting for a longer, cleaner burn. On the first time of lighting, allow the candle to burn for a few hours until the wax has pooled right to the edge. This will allow for an even burn in future.

Editor's Notes

As the oldest candle makers in the world, Trudon marries rich history with enlightening fragrances – exemplified in this scented candle.

The Galerie des Flammes candle has a warm, woody scent, reminiscent of a smoky, resinous accord with notes of cypress, incense and sandalwood. Presented in a decadent, mouth-blown glass vessel, the candle makes an eye-catching centrepiece on a dark wood surface.

About Trudon
Trudon, the world's oldest candlemaker, has been turning wax into light since 1643. Founded on Rue Saint Honoré, just down the road from the Tuileries Palace, the company and its innovations became a part of French history, appearing in a Balzac book and, more importantly, supplying illumination to Louis XIV, Marie Antoinette and, eventually, Napoleon. Today, having survived revolution and the invention of electricity, Trudon works with contemporary noses and desingers to make distinctive – and gorgeously packaged – scented candles.
