Made with white and orange glass beads set against a 925 sterling silver butterfly fastening, the intricately assembled design is rendered as two daisies in bloom. About Pura Utz
Pura UTZ was founded in 2018 by Bernabela and Anna, two friends who met through a non-profit organisation and shared the same dream of handmade jewellery. The team started out with six women, working out of Bernabela’s house in Santiago Atitlan, a bustling town in Guatemala. Together they create beautiful, high-quality beaded jewellery and pouches, inspired by the fruits of the land – a project that has helped enable a full-time income for more than fifty women in Guatemala.
