Our Sakura scarf is crafted from rich silk twill and expertly printed in Italy with a design created in the Liberty studio – a life-long modern icon to brighten up daily dressing.

Whether looped around your neck or the handles of a tote, a Liberty scarf is a heroine of versatile styling. This square scarf is printed with Sakura – a botanical print that pays homage to the mastery of Japanese landscape painting. Originally created for Liberty in 1982 as part of a seasonal furnishing collection, it features birds and butterflies fluttering among softly-shaded flowers and foliage. This contemporary interpretation has been printed in Italy onto an expertly-woven silk twill, using innovative technologies alongside specialist finishing techniques.
