Liberty Retail Limited (“Liberty”) values your feedback but before you post any ratings and/or reviews on Liberty’s website, you must agree to these guidelines which govern your conduct in relation to the customer ratings and review service offered by Liberty. These are designed to protect Liberty, you and other users of Liberty’s website.
These guidelines should be read in conjunction with our Customer Ratings and Reviews policy (the “Policy”). Liberty’s Customer Services team is not able to resolve any complaints or issues that you raise solely as part of a review. By agreeing to these guidelines, you are confirming the following:
- that you are the sole author and owner of anything you submit;
- that anything you submit is accurate;
- that you are at least 18 years old;
- that, where appropriate, you will ensure your review is marked with the correct badge
e.g. if you have been incentivised in some way; - that any reviews submitted by you will be made in the English language
- that anything you submit shall comply with these Guidelines; and
- that you, not Liberty, are responsible for the contents of your submission.
By agreeing to these guidelines, you also confirm that you will NOT submit anything:
- you know to be false, inaccurate or misleading;
- that infringes any third party’s rights, including intellectual property rights, rights to publicity or privacy;
- that breaks any law, statute or regulation, including false advertising;
- that is, or could be considered to be defamatory, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, threatening or harassing; and
- that contains personally identifiable information, such as full names, postcodes or email addresses.
If you are reasonably believed to be in breach of the terms of these Guidelines or the Policy, the following actions may be taken:
- you may be banned from leaving any further reviews on the Liberty website;
- your previous reviews on the Liberty website may be removed and no longer contribute to any aggregate product star ratings; and
- you may be reported to our software provider, Bazaarvoice, who may remove reviews you have left on other websites which are part of the Bazaarvoice network.
Liberty’s use of reviews/ratings
For any reviews that you submit, you grant Liberty and its associated companies a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and licence to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.
You also waive all "moral rights" that you may have in the copyright in the review.
