HOW TO USE

Shake well before use. Apply as you would any body SPF and allow to dry fully before dressing. Apply generously to the skin 20 minutes before sun exposure, then reapply frequently, and after swimming, sweating or towelling. Reducing this frequency will lower the level of protection significantly.
