Bringing traditional French manufacturing practices into the modern day, Astier de Villatte creates beautiful art to be used in the home – captured in this Chou dinner plate.

The celebrated ceramics maison collaborates with king of decoupage John Derian and crafts this piece by hand in its Parisian workshop, using black terracotta clay and a signature glossy white glaze to create a unique, one-of-a-kind finish that’s amplified by the natural drying process. Decorated with ornate petals around the rim then hallmarked with the Astier de Villatte monogram and the initials of the artisan who crafted it, it brings understated charm to your dining table.
