HOW TO USE
Line + Define: Glide ILIA’s Thru Line Waterproof Eyeliner along the lash line or waterline.
Smudge + Soften: Blend with the smudger side of the brush for a soft, diffused effect. Work on one eye at a time – the formula sets quickly.
Wing It: Use the angled side of the brush to pull color out into a soft wing.
