Crafted from 18ct gold, it features a flower cluster pendant, made up of a central round cut pink sapphire, surrounded by five oval cut pink sapphires. Between each sapphire petal are two round brilliant cut diamonds claw set in silver. The pendant is suspended from an articulated bail and modern chain.
