A versatile celebration of natural beauty, the Classic Linen Collection brings Liberty’s iconic designs to life on pure Sycamore Linen. Printed at our Liberty Printing Mill in northern Italy, each piece showcases the fabric’s characteristic colour lustre and the exceptional strength and beauty of its fibres.

Editor's Notes

Mitsi was designed by Gillian Farr, a member of the Liberty Fabrics studio in the 1950s. It pays homage to Liberty’s historical love for Japanese design motifs, featuring delicate cherry blossom.

The design is printed at our Liberty Printing Mill in northern Italy, appearing on pure, breathable Sycamore linen. This linen is characterised by its natural colour lustre, and the strength and beauty of its fibres. One of our most versatile bases, Sycamore linen can be used to create tiered summery skirts and wrap dresses or simple shirting designs – perfect for a laidback, high-impact effect.
