Honouring the great British countryside and diversity of natural beauty spots, Liberty Fabrics designers drew inspiration from every aspect of our woodland landscapes. The collection takes us on an enchanting stroll through the very best of what nature offers, from delicate meadows to the sweet chorus of birdsong found in blooming hedgerows and the crisp rustling leaves that can be found underfoot.
This intricate botanical was discovered in a Liberty furnishing book dating from the early 1930s. Neatly arranged wildflower sprigs of daisies, dandelion, morning glory, foxgloves, and clover, grow amongst tiny patches of grass, creating a scenic autumn meadow..
Designed specifically for quilting, our soft Lasenby cotton base is suitable for a range of creative projects, including bedspreads, cushions and cosies. It is machine washable and durable enough for daily use, with each richly coloured design created using traditional screen-printing techniques.
