Taking cues from 70s glam rock and the rebellion of punk, this pair is defined by a mismatched design, with one earring featuring a thin, long gold-tone chain suspended from a shorter, thick silver-tone chain. The other earring consists of a shorter, thick silver-tone chain intertwined with a thin gold-tone chain. About Justine Clenquet
Justine Clenquet started her label at eighteen, still a student in Paris, chasing jewellery she couldn’t find anywhere else. Punk hardware sits against soft gold. Chains that could belong on a motorcycle jacket meet the kind of delicate detailing usually reserved for heirlooms. Nothing in her collection picks a side between masculine and feminine, rough and refined; it holds both at once. Every piece is designed and handmade in France, brass finished in 24K gold, palladium and crystal, built to be worn in more ways than one. The pieces have found their way onto Bella Hadid, Dua Lipa, Rosalía and Charli XCX without ever losing the underground instinct they started with.
