Crafted from sterling silver plated in 18 carat gold vermeil, the Talon Nude pendant necklace is a signature piece from KHIRY – the Afrofuturist brand that channels the beauty, art, heritage and culture of the African diaspora into modern jewellery designs.

Echoing the silhouette of KHIRY’S signature Khartoum rings, these tiny hoop earrings are inspired by the big horned cattle that are a store value among the nomadic Dinka people of Sudan. Suspended from a fine snake chain, its high-polished, tapering form curves elegantly into an irregular tear drop silhouette for a sleek and sculptural finish. Mix and match with other Khartoum styles for a meaningful jewellery curation that can be dressed up or down with ease.

About KHIRY
An Afrofuturist jewellery brand, KHIRY was launched by designer Jameel Mohammed in 2016, after the CEO of a well-known luxury goods company told him that true luxury brands could only emerge from Paris and Milan. Founded to subvert the conventions of the luxury sector, KHIRY channels the beauty, art, heritage and culture of the African diaspora into modern, minimalist jewellery. The designer’s first offering is a collection of sleek and sculptural demi-fine jewellery that draws on his own lived experience as a Black artist and other specific references from throughout the African diaspora.
