HOW TO USE

Hand & Body Wash: Work up a rich lather in wet hands and massage hands and/or body thoroughly before rinsing off with water.
Body Lotion: Apply a handful of lotion and massage in circular movements all over the body.
Shampoo: Apply the shampoo to wet hair and massage carefully. Repeat if necessary. Rinse off with water. Keep in mind that it takes time (about 2 weeks) for the hair to adapt to a natural shampoo if you previously used a shampoo with parabens and silicones.
Conditioner: Apply an adequate amount of conditioner to wet/damp hair and massage the hair gently. Rinse off with water. Repeat if necessary.
