HOW TO USE

Trim the wick each time before lighting for a longer, cleaner burn. On the first time of lighting, allow the candle to burn until the wax has pooled right to the edge. This will allow for an even burn in future.

Byredo's Chai scented candle emits a warm and enveloping scent of spices, paying tribute to the tea ritual of the Indian subcontinent.

Inspired by the blend of spices and black tea leaves steeped in boiling milk that constitute a traditional Masala Chai, this scent captures a fond memory from founder Ben Gorham's childhood. This scent recipe features a heavy seasoning of cardamom, clove buds and ginger zest on incense, mate and violet, rounded off by birch tree, guaiac wood and warm latte – an aroma that transports Gorham back to his grandmother's home.
