Originally created by the Liberty studio in 1959, this bright and bold pattern features striking camellia flowers arranged within a multi-layered, leafy backdrop. Meticulously redrawn and recoloured to retain the qualities of the original 1950s impression sheet, beautiful textured shadows evoke a sense of vintage charm.
The design is printed by experts in Italy onto our elegant 12 momme Codrington silk lurex – a fabric prized for its lustrous drape and fluidity, along with its luminously high-shine surface. Construct it into eveningwear pieces such as sheath gowns or use it to create opulently wearable daytime designs like wrap dresses and flowing shirting.
