A signature style updated for the new season, these pleated straight-leg trousers in Midnight Blue showcase Issey Miyake’s innovative pleating technique. A cropped style that’s cut to a flattering knee-length, these trousers are complete with side-slits, and an elasticated waistline with two slip-pockets for a practical and pleated finish.

About Pleats Please Issey Miyake
Japanese designer Issey Miyake founded the Miyake Design Studio in Tokyo in 1970. Miyake quickly became known for his groundbreaking pleating techniques; using heat to imbue fabric with a ‘memory’ that keeps pleats in place. Pleats Please launched in 1993 as a capsule collection of Miyake’s patented pleating and today incorporates sculptural dresses, jackets and separates.
