Designed in-house, the Tana Lawn™ cotton Iowa prairie shirt from Liberty features our archival Celia print, finished with frilled detailing and contrasting placket cuffs.
Liberty’s Autumn 2020 womenswear collection embraces a witty and art-inflected maximalism inspired by the ornate gothic and Art Nouveau revival styles of Bernard Nevill, Liberty’s Design Director of the 1960s and ‘70s. The Iowa prairie shirt is crafted from Tana, a breathable and fluid revelation of a fabric that we’ve been formulating for over a century. It is expertly printed in Italy with Celia, which offers a love letter to the English garden.
