HOW TO USE

Massage the equivalent of a heaped tablespoon of the magnesium butter all over your body.
As you breathe in the relaxing fragrance, practice mindful breathing techniques. Breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds.
