In addition to receiving four Discovery Boxes with a guaranteed product value of over £300 per year, packed with trial-sized products curated by the Liberty Beauty Buyers - you will also have access to these perks:

Changes to the Beauty Drop subscription will come into effect from 16th March 2024.

However, if you are still in your fixed 3-month contract for the Beauty Drop, the changes will be effective for you from 16th May 2024.

Of course, your Beauty Drop credit is yours to use for 24 months from the date of your last Beauty Drop payment.

Subscribers who are still within their initial three-month contract for the Beauty Drop are unable to cancel until the end of that period, so we are honouring existing prices for those three months.

All of our other subscribers are on a flexible month-to-month contract, so are being given a month’s notice of these changes.

The £5 monthly service fee contributes to the cost of the whole Beauty Drop program; it helps to fund four Beauty Boxes a year (the cost of products, assembly and delivery), free standard shipping on all online orders throughout the year, and multiple discount offers for subscribers. The overall value of the Beauty Boxes is at least £300 a year – meaning an approximate product value of £75 per box (we try to keep it even, but some boxes may be worth more and some a little less depending on the product assortment).

You’ll receive four amazing discovery boxes per year, packed with tried and tested trial-sized products curated by our Beauty Buyers. Boxes are sent January, April, July and October - usually the third week of each month.

New subscribers to The Beauty Drop that sign up after the deadline for that quarter’s scheduled box will receive that box within 2-3 weeks of making their first Beauty Drop payment. All subsequent boxes will arrive in the usual shipping cycle.

Once a box ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.

When you sign up, you’ll receive your Beauty Drop voucher number. You can use this to check your balance online and redeem your credit in-store or online at checkout – just like a gift card or Loyalty voucher. You’ll also receive regular emails stating your Beauty Drop credit balance. You can spend your credit on anything* in our store or website, not just beauty, anytime – and you’ll earn points as you spend, which will be converted into Loyalty vouchers.

You can check your credit balance signing into your online account and navigating to the "My Account" section or by clicking here

Please note that any orders purchased with your credit can only be delivered to a UK address.

Your Beauty Drop voucher number can be found on the welcome email received when first signing up to The Beauty Drop and is also visible in the "My Account" section of your online account. The number can be used in the same way as a Loyalty voucher or Gift Card, in-store or online in the payment section of checkout. Your Beauty Drop voucher number tops up monthly and doesn't change. Therefore, please make a note of this number so you can use it to spend whenever you wish.

Just sign in to your account and go to Manage Your Subscriptions, then click on your subscription in the pop-up window and you’ll find the Cancel Subscription link at the bottom. You will receive a confirmation email once your subscription has been cancelled. Please note that you will be entered into a fixed contract for the first 3 months of your subscription – if you choose to cancel before this period ends, you will still be billed and will continue to receive your subscription boxes for the remainder of the contracted period. After the first 3 months, you are free to cancel at any time.

You will receive a confirmation email once your subscription has been cancelled. Once cancelled, you will have 24 months from the date of your last Beauty Drop subscription payment to redeem any remaining Beauty Drop credit left on your voucher. After 24 months, any remaining credit will expire. Your existing Beauty Drop voucher number will remain the same during this time.

Should you choose to re-subscribe, a new Beauty Drop voucher number will be issued to you, however, any previous credit will still be available to spend until its expiry.

Sign in to your account, click on Manage Your Subscriptions, then click on your subscription, where you’ll be able to update your shipping and payment details.

When you are signed into your account, free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. Free shipping is only redeemable on orders to a UK delivery address.

Beauty Drop members benefit from free standard UK shipping on all orders placed on libertylondon.com. There is no limit to the number of orders which this can apply to and no minimum spend threshold. Under the updated Terms and Conditions of the subscription, free shipping is available on orders of all products, not just Beauty products. As of February 2024, customers who are not members of the Beauty Drop pay a £5.95 delivery fee on each order of less than £100.

Currently, Beauty Drop credit can only be redeemed against online orders being delivered within the UK and for in-store purchases. For this reason, The Beauty Drop is only available for customers based in the UK. Liberty can and does deliver to non UK addresses, however we are not able to accept Beauty Drop credit as payment for deliveries to these locations.

If you already had an account with us, you may need to update your marketing preferences in order to receive all of our email comms related to the Beauty Drop.

To see whether you’re opted in…

  1. Sign in to your account and you will see your Account Dashboard page
  2. Scroll down to the Contact Preference area
  3. Under Email, click the Edit button and toggle to Opted In
  4. Check that the email address supplied is correct – it should match your Liberty Collective account address – and edit if needed

If you are not opted into marketing, you will still receive occasional service emails from us in relation to your Beauty Drop subscription. For example, notifications of top-ups to your credit, instructions about how to access your subscription benefits or notifications of any changes to the subscription terms.

This happens because you have signed up to the Beauty Drop with a different email address to your Liberty account

If you have an existing balance on a cancelled Beauty Drop account please email infothebeautydrop@libertylondon.com to resubscribe so that we can ensure that your existing balance is safely transferred to your new account. If your balance is zero then you can simply start a new subscription.
