Part of the Mood Ring collection – inspired by nostalgic memories of colour changing jewellery from the ’90s and early aughts – the Dazed Stoned Ring is carved by Alec, then finely cast and finished in London’s Hatton Gardens. Crafted in sterling silver, it is detailed with green sapphires, a pink sapphire and a blue topaz. Stack it with an eclectic ring curation, or wear it alone as a statement piece.
About Alec Doherty
Artist and illustrator Alec Doherty’s tongue-in-cheek rings and pendants are beautifully crafted conversation starters; with whimsical faces a distinctive signature, designs draw on nostalgic childhood references, from the characters in Doherty’s youth to colour-changing mood rings. Hand carved in reclaimed gold and silver, before being finely cast and finished in London’s world-renowned jewellery quarter, Hatton Gardens, these are contemporary heirlooms with an off-beat appeal.
