HOW TO USE


Hand balm: Warm a pea-sized amount in the palm of your hand before massaging into the skin, cup your hands over your nose and mouth whilst following the breathing technique, in for 7 seconds and out slowly for 11 seconds.

Pillow spray: Spritz onto your pillow before going to sleep, lie back and breathe in the lavender scent through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds. Use nightly.
