A celebration of craft and cultural heritage, Indian brand Kartik Research works closely with local artisans to create the Rabari Stitch Shirt.

Hand-woven from Ramie fabric, this shirt is adorned with hand-embroidered Rabari stitching, done by nomadic pastoralist tribes from the Kutch region, adding a unique and artisanal touch. Mother of pearl buttons and a classic point collar enhance the refined silhouette, making this piece a tailored essential that effortlessly blends craftsmanship with utilitarian style.

Founded in 2021 by Kartik Kumra, Indian brand Kartik Research creates clothing inspired by India’s rich heritage of craft and culture. A celebration of heritage and time-honoured techniques, the brand is committed to preserving centuries-old craftsmanship. Working closely with Indian artisans, each garment is handmade and features intricate handicraft ranging from kantha quilted shorts, to Kasuti-embroidered suits. Weaving the past with the present, each stitch and seam defines craftsmanship in a contemporary way.
