Exclusive to Liberty, Henry Holland Studio is a collection of handcrafted ceramics from venerated British designer, Henry Holland.
Brimming with personality, this dinner plate is made using a stylised version of the Japanese marbling technique of Nerikomi, which involves hand-building with coloured earthenware clay. Finished with a transparent high-gloss glaze to reveal the intricate pattern of cornflower blue and green clay beneath, each plate is a statement piece in its own right. The jewel in the crown of any tablescape, it features a unique hand-pinched edge for practical appeal – layer it up with a mismatched side plate and bowl to experience the full effect.
