Swedish Stockings

Swedish Stockings was created after founders Linn Frisinger and Nadja Forsberg discovered that two billion pairs of tights are produced, worn and discarded every year. With a vision of being the world’s first circular hosiery brand, every pair of the brand’s tights, socks and stockings are knitted from recycled nylon using a sustainable manufacturing process that includes environmentally-friendly dyes, post-dyeing water treatment and solar power. In 2016, the brand also launched its Recycling Club service where old hosiery is ground down into a filler material for fibreglass tanks, rather than going straight to landfill.
