HOW TO USE
Pillow Spray: Spray 3 times onto your pillow just before bed. Terpene-rich essential oils enhance the transdermal absorption of the CBD through the skin. More CBD is released from the pillow fibres as you move during the night.
Sleep Drops: Shake well before use. Release half dropper under your tongue, hold for 30 seconds, then swallow. Use before bed for best results.
Balance Roll On: Roll on temples or wrists 3 times a day, or whenever you need to find a moment of calm. Rolling our terpene-rich oils directly onto areas of your skin where the veins are close to the surface (wrists and temples) assists with transdermal absorption.
Night Journal: Before sleep, write down any thoughts you have to help get them off your mind.
